Customer Service Representative (Telco Account)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative for our Telco account. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach, connect with business decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective business clients
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including business owners and executives
- Qualify leads based on company requirements and sales criteria
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and nurture potential business opportunities
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level contacts
- Experience using CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Background in Telco, sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage
- Morning shift schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
