Customer Service Representative (Telco Account)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative for our Telco account. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach, connect with business decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

If you are confident communicating with executives, experienced in appointment setting or cold calling, and driven to achieve targets, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective business clients
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including business owners and executives
  • Qualify leads based on company requirements and sales criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads and nurture potential business opportunities
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level contacts
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Background in Telco, sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage
