E-commerce Customer Service Representative (Non voice)

About the role
We are hiring a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support an Australian e-commerce client. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and social media—ensuring issues are resolved promptly, accurately, and with a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through email, chat, and social media channels
- Provide accurate, timely, and courteous assistance to customers
- Handle order-related concerns such as tracking, returns, refunds, and product inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
- Manage customer concerns across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, and similar marketplaces)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in Drop Shipping & eCommerce (Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms) is highly preferred
