About the role
We are seeking a talented IT Service Desk L1 professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.Our office is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT specialists for further investigation and resolution
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records in our IT service management system
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive IT support experience for our clients
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT service desk role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficiency in using various IT support tools and software, including remote desktop applications
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
