About the role
Accounting Officer role at Multi Development And Construction Corporation (MDCC) offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing, innovative construction company. As a fulltime position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, The ideal candidate will handle accounting functions, financial reporting, billing, collections, and administrative support while coordinating directly with tenants regarding building concerns and financial transactions.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and accounting documents
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare tenant billing statements and monitor collections
- Coordinate directly with tenants regarding payments, billing concerns, contracts, and building-related concerns
- Address tenant inquiries and assist in resolving administrative and accounting-related issues
- Monitor lease-related documents, utility charges, and tenant accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and maintenance personnel as needed
- Support daily building administration and operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related course
- At least 3 years of accounting or property administration experience
- Experience working with tenants and handling tenant concerns is an advantage
- Knowledge in building administration or property management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
