FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Work Location:

• Unit 2,3,4 & 6 # 573 V. Albaño St. Maguikay, Mandaue City Cebu, Philippines.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Graduates of Civil Engineering are preferred, but applicants from other courses are also encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do field work
• Can drive a motorcycle and with a valid driver’s license
• Graduate of Civil Engineering (preferred) or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to learn and undergo sales training
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dedicated and passionate about sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to clients, project sites, and potential customers
• Promote and explain company products
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Monitor customer requirements and provide timely feedback
• Prepare and submit required reports and necessary documentation
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and company events as required

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary (Depending on experience) plus quota incentive
