- We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apollo.io and a strong understanding of outreach strategies.
- You will be responsible for executing personalized email campaigns, segmenting lists, and monitoring campaign performance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and collaboration skills to support our sales and marketing teams in delivering targeted and effective outreach.
- Conduct outbound calls to previous and existing customers to re-engage them and encourage resubscription to company services
- Perform prospecting and appointment setting activities to support the sales pipeline
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns through a mix of calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Segment and manage contact lists based on customer history, engagement level, and campaign goals
- Track outreach activities and monitor key performance metrics such as call outcomes, response rates, and conversion to resubscription
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, retention strategies, and customer engagement approaches
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within CRM systems while following outreach compliance and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, email marketing or any related role.
- Strong understanding of outbound email metrics and campaign execution.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
