WhatYou'llbeDoing
Are you results focused and love to help others Do you have a passionto maximizesales opportunities In this role,you'llwork effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Focused on educating the customer on their current product(s),you'llalsoidentifyand capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.Whetherit'sgetting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile,you'llbe the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day,You'll- Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
- Effectively handle calls from existing customers whileidentifyingand handling all sales opportunities start to close
- Completed senior high school or two years in college
- At least 3 months of BPO experience
- If high school graduate (old curriculum), candidate must have at least 2 years BPO voice experience
- Great verbal communication and business writing skills
- Recognize,applyand explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
