Mechanical Engineer
NEPTEL Design + Build Makati Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors during system installation and testing.
- Handle mechanical estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Professional Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
- With 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out or building services projects
- Experience in HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical system design
- Knowledge in estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs
- Capable of handling design coordination, site inspection, and project execution
- Experience in supervising manpower and subcontractors
- With Safety Certification (preferred)
- Experience in Design & Build projects is an advantage
