HR Officer

We are urgently looking for a highly motivated and results driven HR Officer with a background in recruitment, training and administrative work to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, training logs, and compliance documents.
• Support employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Support day-to-day HR operations such as attendance monitoring, performance documentation, and benefits administration and other HR related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on training and administration.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
