About the Role:

The Human Resource (HR) Officer oversees recruitment, employee experience, and employee relations, ensuring effective HR administration. This role demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HR Officer streamlines operations and fosters effective client relationships.

This is where you’ll shine:

Recruitment Functions
  • Implement effective sourcing methods across job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and background checks for qualified candidates.
  • Analyze and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness by preparing and maintain recruitment reports and documentation.
Employee Experience
  • Spearhead Employee Experience Initiatives at night while in alignment with the whole Employee Experience plan
  • Assists in the communication content and release of company messages, announcements, drives or campaigns, ensuring relevance and timeliness. Analyzes and gives suggestions on improving Recruitment processes if needed.
  • Collaboration between external suppliers for company perks and events
  • Collaboration with Operations and HR management to identify focus of initiatives to decrease attrition.
Employee Relations
  • Support the Employee Relations Lead in implementing engagement and retention initiatives like FGDs, one-on-ones, coaching, and employee disputes and issues consultation.
  • Conduct one-on-ones, focus groups, and temp-checks to gather insight and feedback.
  • Gather and organize survey data for analysis and action planning.
  • Assist in managing administrative processes related to disciplinary actions, helping to ensure adherence to due process and legal requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and maintaining clear communication with Operations and other departments.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of required experience in Human Resources, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations, or any similar role.
  • Preferably has experience working in a BPO setting.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu (night shift).
  • Designs creative and engaging employee experience and events with innovation.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
