Job Overview : Projects Unlimited (Phil.) Inc. is seeking a highly autonomous, results driven Sales Executive to expand our footprint in Metro Manila commercial interior and modular system market. This role is a dynamic mix of proactive field sales, relationship management , and end-to-end project coordination.It is designed for an experienced professional who wants to leverage their industry connections to maximize earnings through an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities : B2B Project Hunting : Actively identify, track, and secure new commercial fit-out, renovation, and corporate office projects across Metro Manila.
Client Relationship Management : Present and pitch our specialized product lines - including office furniture and modular cabinetry systems-to key decision-makers, developers, and corporate clients.
Network Building : Foster and maintain long-term relationships with a network of local architects, interior designers, general contractors, and project managers.
Quotation & Technical Collaboration : Coordinate closely with our internal technical and drafting teams to supply clients with competitive, highly accurate project estimates, material take-offs, and design proposals.
End-to-End Account Management : Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth project handovers, timely delivery, and successful account collection.
Qualifications & Experience Industry Experience : Must have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in project-based B2B sales, specifically within building materials, modular furniture, architectural fit-outs, or commercial interior supply.
Established Network : Possesses an active, reliable professional network of local architects, interior designers, procurement managers, and construction contractors.
Technical Skills : Ability to read basic architectural layouts or floor plans to assist the technical team with quotation alignment.
Communication Skills : Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills to navigate corporate accounts and technical site discussions confidently.
Drive : Results-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to maximize earnings through project acquisition.What we offer : Competitive base salary tailored to industry experience (P20,000-P30,000)
