Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Engineer to oversee and manage our facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all essential systems. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, functional, and enjoyable environment for our members.

• Facility Maintenance & Operations: Supervise maintenance activities to ensure all building-wide systems—electrical, plumbing, drainage, and emergency generators—are in optimal working condition.
• Equipment Management: Conduct regular maintenance checks on air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and other critical machinery.
• Furniture & Fixtures Oversight: Ensure all furniture and fixtures are maintained and repaired to uphold quality standards.
• Project Management: Lead facility improvement initiatives, renovations, and upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
• Renewable Energy Systems: Maintain and monitor the club’s solar panel systems for optimal performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, oversee legal compliance, and ensure all necessary permits are updated.
• Member Satisfaction: Respond promptly to facility-related concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.

• Proven expertise in Facilities Engineering, Operations Management, and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management practices
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Registered Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineer
