Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Cebu. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy.
  • Lead and manage the daily activities of the quality assurance team.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Oversee audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (DOH License to operate and Product Registrations).
  • Investigate and resolve complex quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights for continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all aspects of the organization and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific quality regulations, standards, and emerging trends.
  • Conduct training sessions for the quality assurance team and other relevant departments.
  • Support the organization in achieving and maintaining quality certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or other post-secondary degree in the related.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in ISO 9000 series of quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to evaluate and synthesize data.
