- BS Tourism Management graduates
- BS Hospitality Management (HRM) graduates
- Fresh graduates with strong service training
We are intentionally hiring from tourism and hospitality backgrounds — individuals trained in service excellence, communication, and guest handling, ready to transition into a healthcare setting.

Qualifications/Requirements
The Medical Coordinator supports day-to-day clinical operations and patient flow.
You will manage the full patient journey: From first inquiry → appointment → treatment coordination → follow-ups
You will work closely with:
- Physical Therapists
- Physicians
- Admin team
- You will be trained on structured systems and supported through hands-on coaching.
- Location: P.A. Perez Physio – Nord Medical Hub, Taculing, or Silay Branches
- Schedule: Full-time, clinic-based
- Requirement: Must be willing to work on Sunday
- Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordination
- Welcome and orient patients
- Manage check-ins and scheduling
- Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, Facebook Messenger)
- Prepare charts, forms, and consent documents
- Send reminders and confirm bookings
- HMO Coordination & LOA Processing
- Process LOAs (Maxicare, Avega, Intellicare, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and timely approvals
- Coordinate with HMOs and resolve issues
- Program Enrollment & Aftercare
- Explain treatment plans post-consultation
- Schedule sessions and provide aftercare instructions
- Follow up on un booked or dropped patients
- Reporting & Operations
- Update patient records
- Assist with inventory coordination
- Maintain front desk and clinic readiness
- Non-Negotiables
- Must be comfortable working weekends (clinic-based)
- Must follow structured systems (no “own style”)
- High accountability for attendance and coordination
- Patient experience is non-negotiable
- College graduate or at least 2nd-year level (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Filipino; Ilonggo is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and respectful
- Willing to be trained
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: TBD (location-based rate applies)- Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
