About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable HR People Business Partner (Supervisory) to support our assigned business units through strong people partnership and operational HR excellence. This role works closely with business leaders to ensure effective talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws, while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Rank-and-File positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Prepare and validate Job Offers and Employment Contracts in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Onboarding and Placement
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all pre-employment and placement requirements prior to deployment.
  • Conduct and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions.
Timekeeping and Attendance Management
  • Oversee timekeeping preparation and validation, coordinating closely with Payroll for accurate submissions.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and schedule adherence in coordination with supervisors and department heads.
  • Administer Service Incentive Leave (SIL) and other leave benefits in compliance with labor standards and company policies.
Benefits Administration
  • Administer mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-initiated benefits.
  • Ensure timely processing of benefits enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries.
Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Implement employee lifecycle programs such as 21st-Day, 5th-Month, and Anniversary Touchpoints.
  • Ensure timely completion and documentation of 1st, 3rd, and 5th-month performance evaluations.
Employee Engagement and Culture
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives in partnership with the Corporate HR Manager.
  • Promote employee recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Employee Relations and Case Management
  • Support employee relations cases through proper documentation and timely incident reporting.
  • Conduct coaching sessions addressing grievances, behavioral issues, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of employee relations concerns.
Offboarding and Clearance
  • Manage employee offboarding, including clearance processing, exit interviews, and asset turnover.
  • Ensure timely endorsement of final pay and clearance documents to Payroll.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of solid HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or senior HR role.
  • Strong background in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, strong analytical ability, and sound decision-making skills.
