Lead end-to-end learning and development initiatives by facilitating engaging learning programs, customizing content, reinforcing company culture, and driving competency development. The role will manage learning analytics, assess program effectiveness, align initiatives with business goals, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful planning and delivery of impactful learning solutions that enhance employee performance and organizational growth.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or any related four-year course, with relevant training in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or Training Facilitation.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1 year in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in customer service training, facilitation, training design, and leadership development programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
