POSITION:Business Training Specialist- Be responsible for the training of new hires in business teams (including but not limited to collections, telemarketing, and customer service), helping new employees quickly adapt to job requirements and meet performance goals.
- Work closely with business departments and quality inspection teams to regularly identify and promote outstanding internal business practices.
- Assist supervisors in organizing and implementing specialized training programs, providing practical solutions to help employees resolve actual business challenges.
- Associate Degree or above
- Prior training experience is preferred
- Proficient in using courseware development and design tools such as Powerpoint
