HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives related to talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR metrics and reporting.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City Taguig

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and ensure high levels of employee engagement.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program; recommend improvements.
• Assess training needs and implement training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
• Implement performance management processes and monitor employee evaluations.
• Lead and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
