OSP (Outside Plant) Site Engineer

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any related course.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in OSP and Structured Cabling projects.
- Knowledgeable in the end-to-end project process—from pre-sales, planning, engineering, implementation, to documentation.
- Experience in negotiation, familiarity with OSP standards and regulatory requirements, and ability to troubleshoot bid-related requirements.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel to project sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend project alignment meetings and kick-off sessions (online or on-site) with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct and support site surveys, client training sessions, and technical meetings as required.
- Assist in resource coordination and supervision during the implementation of OSP and structured cabling works.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress, address technical concerns, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
