Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, technical documentation, and ensuring project quality, safety, and timely project implementation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and project progress
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are implemented based on approved plans and specifications
• Prepare daily, weekly, and accomplishment reports
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and project teams
• Assist in project estimation, costing, and material take-off
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on-site
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare and assist in technical design, documentation, and as-built plans
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and client meetings when necessary
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and according to quality standards
• Perform field visits and other site-related assignments as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering courses
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE), Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME), or other licensed Engineer
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
• With strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to conduct site work and field assignments
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own motorcycle/car
• Hardworking, flexible, and willing to be trained
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
