Pure Green Solutions Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects.This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative and sustainable solutions that contribute to our company's growth and environmental objectives.
What you'll be doing- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Ensure that projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental considerations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any technical or operational challenges
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the broader project team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and cost control measures
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations to enhance project efficiency and sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in the civil/structural engineering industry
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Commitment to adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
