Remote Structural Draftsman (Commercial Projects) – Australian Client

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drafting and documentation for commercial construction projects
- Produce detailed drawings, shop drawings, and revisions based on engineer markups
- Interpret structural and architectural plans, specifications, and design requirements
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and project managers
- Ensure drawings comply with Australian standards and building codes
- Manage drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation
- Assist in resolving drafting and coordination issues during project stages
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project deliverables
- Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman for commercial projects
- Experience working with Australian clients or Australian construction standards is a must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is a must
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
