Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support high-volume financial operations across accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting month-end processes within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring accurate transaction coding
- Assist with payroll processing and administration
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving variances
- Conduct stock reconciliations and assist with inventory variance analysis
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Support month-end and year-end close (journals, accruals, general ledger)
- Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audits
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to AP & AR (non-negotiable)
- Experience in construction, mining, or industrial industries
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
- Exposure to payroll support is highly regarded
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (MYOB, SAP Ariba or similar preferred)
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
