Support Services Staff Accountant

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Special project for labor capitalization for vending and IT assets (US)
• Process monthly depreciations
• Reconcile asset master file
• Maintain fixed asset records

• Submit monthly reports to US Finance – Billing, Operating Expense, Payroll Expense, Bank Statement, Fixed Asset, GL by specified due dates
• Prepare reports, liquidations, account and bank reconciliations and recording of expenses incurred by specified due dates
• Perform analytics on accounts as required for monthly variance explanations
• Manage BlackHawk Support Services ERP system
• Assist with completion of the annual audit and tax return
• Perform other accounting duties and projects as assigned
• Will perform work onsite for a permanent standard time schedule from 5:00 am to 2:00pm equivalent to 48 hours a week or it may change as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
• 2 to 4 years general accounting experience preferred
