・Prepare and review PEZA mandated requirements.
・Preparation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedures.
・Ensure 100% filing of BIR Returns and other government agencies requirements within the deadline
(ITR, VAT, EWT, etc.)
・Review of annual budget of departments.

・Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies.
・Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads.
・Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits.

・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financialreporting.
・Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
・Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies.
・Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads.
・Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits.
・Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
・Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Job Requirements:
・Must be a Certified Public Accountant・Minimum of three (3) years Supervisory experience in Accounting processes or one (1) year managerial experience in related field
・Willing to work on full on-site (Binalonan, Pangasinan)
