Monitor daily field activities and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
Provide on-site support to resolve issues, delays, or concerns raised by field staff or clients.
Coordinate deployment of workers to different sites based on manpower needs.

Assist in conducting site inspections and verifying work quality and compliance.

Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.
Track attendance, work completion, incidents, and resource usage on site.
Ensure all required documents (permits, IDs, checklists, etc.) are complete and updated.

Submit reports to management on time.

Communication & Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact between field personnel, office staff, and clients.
Relay company updates, policies, and instructions to field teams.
Coordinate with HR for manpower needs, requirements, and concerns.

Ensure proper communication flow for urgent issues or emergencies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or vocational course related to Operations, Business, or Technical fields (preferred but not required).
At least 1–2 years experience in field coordination, site supervision, or similar role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites.
Willing to travel or be assigned to various project locations.

Knowledge in documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting.
