Sales Support Associate: Diagnostic products
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team in managing accounts, coordinating client concerns, supporting field operations, and promoting the company’s diagnostic product portfolio. The role also involves administrative support, collection coordination, and bid documentation preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager in daily sales operations
- Promote and manage the company’s diagnostic product portfolio including reagents, consumables, and equipment
- Coordinate and address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor and secure timely collection of accounts receivable
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients and customers
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as remittances, approvals, expense reports, itineraries, and bookings
- Assist in delivery and pick-up of documents including purchase orders and contracts
- Prepare bid documents and support government bidding requirements
- Handle other tasks and special assignments from management
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course or Medical-related course
- With relevant sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products, medical consumables, reagents, or equipment
- Experience in government bidding documentation is an advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Driven, confident, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Willing to travel nationwide for fieldwork and client visits
