Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock management
- Help achieve sales and operational targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Support staff training and performance monitoring
