Technical Support Representative - Healthcare BPO

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Portal Support Representative to join our Healthcare BPO team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients using electronic health portals to access their medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients via phone, email, or chat with logging into and navigating the patient portal.
- Troubleshoot login issues, password resets, and profile updates.
- Provide clear and accurate information about portal features, appointment scheduling, and test result viewing.
- Escalate technical issues or complex concerns to the appropriate IT or clinical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Assist with EPQ completion, ensuring patients receive guidance on missing or incomplete forms and troubleshooting appointment rebuilds when EPQs fail to load.
- Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines and safeguard all patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
- At least 1 year experience in any inbound campaign
- Experience as Patient portal support is a definite advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive patient concerns professionally.
