Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Amazon Operations VA to manage and grow an established Amazon seller account focused on wholesale and retail. This full-time role covers product research, supplier sourcing, listing management, wholesale account coordination, and day-to-day Seller Central operations.

The ideal candidate has solid Amazon experience, a clear understanding of the wholesale model, and the ability to operate independently to keep the account healthy and consistently growing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of an Amazon Seller Central account including listings, inventory, and account health
Conduct product research to identify profitable items well-suited for wholesale and retail on Amazon
Source products from wholesale suppliers and coordinate with existing wholesale accounts
Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
Monitor account health metrics and ensure all selling activities comply fully with Amazon's policies
Research and identify new wholesale supplier opportunities to expand the product catalog
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on store activity and growth opportunities
Handle order processing and assist with customer inquiries and returns as needed
Identify catalog gaps and make proactive recommendations to improve the overall product mix

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account with a focus on wholesale or retail operations
Strong product research skills with the ability to evaluate wholesale opportunities for profitability and demand
Experience working with wholesale suppliers and managing those relationships over time
Solid knowledge of Amazon listing best practices including keyword optimization and content quality
Clear understanding of Amazon's seller policies, account health standards, and performance metrics
Ability to manage orders, returns, and basic customer communications within the Amazon platform
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a firm commitment to following platform rules
Reliable and capable of managing the account independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly and flag issues proactively

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Amazon research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa
Background in wholesale sourcing, brand relationships, or distributor networks
Familiarity with both Amazon FBA and FBM fulfillment models
Experience expanding into new product categories or identifying catalog growth opportunities
Basic understanding of Amazon advertising through Sponsored Products for improved listing visibility
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and act on insights
