Creative Account Executive

The Creative Account Executive is responsible for producing high-performing short-form video content across social media platforms, managing creators, and coordinating campaigns from concept to execution. This includes content creation, script writing, video editing, creator sourcing and management, channel posting, performance tracking, and project coordination.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns meet objectives and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Script Writing
  • Write engaging and on-trend scripts for short-form video content
  • Research social media trends and consumer watch trends based on client brief
  • Digest client brief and research client product, services and target audience
  • Write scripts for different video styles
  • Video Editing
  • Edit videos using CapCut or similar software to deliver platform-native, high-performing short-form content
  • Use different editing techniques beyond just simple trimming and stitching of videos
  • Match the right music, add text on screen and sound effect to ensure video performance
  • Film edit and produce video content in-house every week for Oysterly social media
  • Creator Sourcing & Management
  • Identify and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube who align with brand and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with creators to guide content shoots and ensure brand consistency
  • Manage end-to-end communication with creators, from outreach to onboarding and brief clarification
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with creators
  • Organize and track creator payments and contracts
  • Channel Management & Reporting
  • Schedule and post videos on TikTok and other platforms according to campaign timelines
  • Monitor content performance and ensure brand guidelines are followed
  • Compile performance reports for internal and client-facing updates
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Maintain clear timelines, task lists, and documentation to ensure all moving parts stay on track
  • Liaise across external clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Keep creator deliverables organized in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • 5+ Years of Work Experience – Proven track record in an agency, marketing, advertising, or publishing role.
  • Proven capability in video editing for social media platforms. Social video editing experience (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a must
  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Can juggle multiple deadlines, coordinating team members, and keeping campaign milestones on track.
  • Social Media Expertise & Trend Awareness – Love for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, with curiosity about what drives engagement and success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Candidate must have experience in social media video editing
