Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer, preferably with an engineering background and proven experience in construction materials or industrial sales. The qualified candidate will lead business development and sales effort for the company’s construction chemical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study current product lines to advise target clients properly.
- Communicate and coordinate with client’s technical team.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation through to project close-out, focusing on value-based solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and jobsite consultations to educate and influence decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the construction space.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or related field).
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical sales or client-facing engineering role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, or technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
