WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant – Employee Workforce Management who will support the External Workforce Team in delivering efficient recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, engage, and onboard talent that supports Alfamart’s growing store operations nationwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ● Screen and evaluate candidate applications based on role requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and endorse qualified candidates for further assessment
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring
processes
  • Provide timely updates and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in onboarding by collecting and validating pre-employment requirements
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and other employment-related documents
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases and tracking systems
  • Support job fairs, store hiring activities, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and strict confidentiality of all records
  • Gather candidate feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring

processes

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM
  • ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates eager to build a career in HR
  • Experience in documentation and records management is preferred
  • Background in handling manpower agencies or external workforce is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
