About the role
LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Assistant to join our team in Metro Manila. This full-time position will provide support to the HR team and play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR operations.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing- Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Coordinate employee training and development activities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Liaise with internal departments to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes
- 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR assistant
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
