About the Role

Lead company-wide product sales performance, commercial programs, and sales target achievement across retail business units. This is a strategic sales leadership role for a product-focused professional who can align multiple business units, drive product launches, and strengthen product success in the market.

What You Will Do
  • Set company-wide product sales directions, targets, and performance measures across retail business units.
  • Develop and launch company-wide new product introduction plans and commercial strategies.
  • Set and monitor monthly product sales targets per retail business unit and track sales versus target performance.
  • Ensure commercial activities are aligned across branch push, dealer activities, product launches, and new product introduction initiatives.
  • Initiate and review new product planning and commercial launch activities.
  • Drive pre-launch and post-launch performance monitoring for key products.
  • Align marketing collaterals with commercial objectives and product positioning.
  • Monitor company-wide sales performance and product success rate.
  • Lead business reviews and sales performance discussions across retail business units.
  • Analyze market movement, competitor activity, and sell-through performance to recommend product and sales strategies.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Automotive, or a related field.
  • Experience in product sales, retail sales management, product commercialization, category management, or business unit sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of sales targets, product launches, dealer activities, and retail business performance.
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and align stakeholders around shared product objectives.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in automotive, retail, distribution, dealership, or consumer products is an advantage.
  • Comfortable leading business reviews, sales discussions, and cross-functional planning.
