Job Overview
We are seeking a Channel Lead – Events & Executive Client Engagement to lead content strategy and execution for conferences, client events, and executive engagements across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences.
This role will design high-impact event experiences, create executive-level content, and ensure seamless coordination across teams—balancing creativity, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Executive Content Strategy- Lead end-to-end content strategy for events, including brochures, presentations, videos, signage, and digital assets
- Develop executive-level content such as CXO presentations, briefing materials, POVs, and tailored case studies
- Align all content with brand strategy, product messaging, and business goals
- Translate business objectives into event experiences, including pre-event, in-event, and post-event engagement strategies
- Partner with demand generation and sales teams to drive pipeline and customer engagement
- Lead creative brief development and collaborate with internal teams and agencies
- Establish standards for brand consistency, messaging, accessibility, and compliance
- Manage content workflows, approvals, QA, and version control
- Integrate AI tools to support content creation (e.g., outlines, scripts, summaries) while ensuring quality and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes and reusable playbooks
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing Ops, Compliance, Legal, and Events teams
- Align on content strategy, audience targeting, execution, and measurement
- Develop testing plans to improve event experiences and content effectiveness
- Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, content downloads, meeting outcomes, and pipeline impact
- Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
- 8–10+ years of experience in event marketing, content strategy, or executive engagement programs
- Proven ability to lead complex event experiences and create executive-level content
- Experience driving measurable business results (e.g., pipeline impact, client engagement)
- Strong understanding of brand standards, accessibility, and compliance requirements (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
