The Corporate Management Officer is responsible for ensuring effective corporate operations with focus on governance and regulatory compliance. This role involves developing and implementing governance policies, establishing internal controls, monitoring organizational risks, and advising management on governance and compliance matters.

• Develop and implement governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks to manage potential governance risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Legal Management
