• Develop, lead and follow-up a Business Plan for the country

• Lead the implementation of Corporate, Regional & Area guidelines, policies and business strategies for the country.
• Provide vision, direction & prepare team to respond to competitive challenges internally & externally and create an environment that can sustain present and future success for the Philippines Pharma operation.
• Assure achievement / monitor of Business KPI`s
• Full P&L responsibility and Balance Sheet & working capital administration for the country
• Continuous improvement of efficiency of the company operation achieving service targets.
• Assure that legal and taxes requirements are fulfilled and achieved according to the country regulations.
• Lead initiatives to support positive GSK image in the country
• Responsible for having Crisis Plans in place and Disaster Recovery actions in the country
• Support, monitor and coordinate Business Plans and Business opportunities implementation
• Ensure synergies and best practices sharing
• Deliver results to GSK, grow and develop the business
• Maintain and enhance organizational effectiveness in the midst of a fast-paced, high pressured and continuously changing environment.
• Manage succession planning and talent management process

Qualifications/Requirements

• Solid experience of Global / Regional Senior Brand / Marketing Leadership and Major Commercial / Business unit operation with P&L responsibility
• Strong experience of pharmaceutical operations leadership - (Business/ Commercial/ Marketing/ Sales / Finance) management with previous supervisory experience
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Strong Leadership applied locally as well as in the management of a complex Global network and matrix type of environment
• Competencies for this position are: Innovation and Drive for results, establishment of solid plans, focus on customer needs, improvement of business process, knowledge of the organization and the business, strategic thinking/alignment and implementation, act with integrity aligned to the Code of Conduct
• Fluent in English
