Sr Sales/Relationship Manager - Financial Services Solutions

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning tailored solutions that deliver commercial value.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, needs analysis, and solution presentations to help clients improve decision-making and achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop expertise in the company's information and analytics solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and support sales strategy development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful delivery of solutions to clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, lending, risk, fraud, data, or information solutions.
  • Strong track record in business development, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Strong account management, negotiation, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and position tailored, solution-based offerings.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and highly motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and market intelligence to drive results.
