- Source, accredit, and activate qualified Partners to strengthen the referral network.
- Track referral quality, account status, and sales performance against targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of referred accounts.
- Orient Partners on product information, requirements, processes, and company guidelines.
- Ensure all referrals meet credit, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering referrals, conversions, and productivity.
- Implementing programs that improve Partner engagement and overall performance.
