Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative functions, and serve as a key liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Oversee office facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management, clients, and partners.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence in Mandarin and English.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of administrative experience, including team leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience required.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- HSK Level 5-6 Mandarin proficiency required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in multinational or Chinese-owned companies.
- Experience handling office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
