Tax Accountant Team Leader (Mandarin Speaking)

We are currently looking for a Tax Accountant Team Leader (Mandarin Speaking) to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong tax compliance experience and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the tax accounting team in daily operations
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of tax reports and compliance requirements
- Review tax computations, filings, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors/tax authorities
- Support process improvement and tax planning initiatives
- Mentor and guide team members for performance development
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Solid experience in tax accounting and compliance
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
