HR Generalist

The HR Generalist under ACI Rentals supports end-to-end HR operations for project-based personnel and site operations. The role ensures timely execution of HR processes and provides support to HR Business Partners and Operations teams in delivering workforce requirements across rental and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for project-based and site-based manpower requirements
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilization of employees assigned to rental and project sites
• Handle employee movement processes such as deployment, transfer, and offboarding
• Provide initial support on employee relations concerns and escalate complex cases to HRBP
• Maintain and update employee records, manpower listings, and HR systems (e.g., HRAN)
• Assist in payroll validation, timekeeping coordination, and compensation data checks
• Support compliance with labor standards, company policies, and project requirements
• Coordinate with site supervisors and project leads for HR-related concerns
• Prepare HR reports such as manpower status, movement updates, and employee monitoring
• Assist in implementation of HR initiatives, audits, and project mobilization requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, project-based, or industrial setup
• Exposure to site-based or manpower-intensive operations is an advantage
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
• Familiarity with labor standards and project-based employment structures
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS / HRAN experience is an advantage)
• Strong coordination skills with ability to handle multiple site requirements
• High attention to detail, especially in manpower tracking and compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
