About the role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Probe CX' in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila.This is a full-time, dayshift role where you will be the voice of our AU Healthcare clients, providing top-notch support and guidance to customers through real-time chat.
We are on the lookout for candidates who are:
- At least high school/senior high school graduate
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Must have at least 6 months continuous experience in live chat
- Dayshift hours (Yes to sunlight!)
- Willing to work in onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
