Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes. This role collaborates closely with project owners and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.

You will ensure adherence to the company’s project management framework, oversee project teams, manage risks, and maintain strong communication across departments. Additionally, this role contributes to process improvements and promotes best practices in project delivery and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
• Ensure projects meet defined scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining governance and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of project management standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business value realization and project success.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any 4-year business-related course.
• Experience: At least 10 years of extensive experience managing IT projects of varying complexity, from initiation to closure.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Methodologies: Strong background in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project management approaches.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile PM, or Scrum certification required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities; adept in change management and technical project delivery.
