About the role
Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of critical IT projects. In this full-time, office-based role in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving project success and ensuring the timely completion of complex initiatives that are key to the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing- Manage the planning, coordination and execution of multiple IT projects simultaneously
- Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines and resource requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
- Implement project management methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices
- Mentor and guide junior project management staff
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the Construction Engineering industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred
