Artillery Philippines is a fast growing startup art brand looking for a Full Time WFH Community Manager under the Student Success Department for its Learn to Draw Manga brand.

At Learn to Draw Manga, we specialize in helping beginner mangakas create their very first 16 to 24 page oneshot so they can join manga contests, self-publish, or pitch to publishers.

The goal of the Learn to Draw Manga community is to support students inside our Circle platform, encourage engagement, and create a positive learning environment for our Oneshot Manga Drawing Program.

Mission

Create and maintain an active, organized, and supportive community inside Circle while driving student activation, engagement, and oneshot completion rates by managing discussions, coordinating events, improving workflows, and proactively supporting students.

Who’s on your team?
  • You will be officially part of our international course business unit under the Student Success Department and will work closely with the coaching team and operations team.
  • You will be managing one intern assisting with Community Management and Admin
Responsibilities
  • Manage and moderate the Learn to Draw Manga community on Circle.so
  • Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and engaging environment for students
  • Respond to student questions and guide discussions to keep conversations productive
  • Encourage participation through prompts, announcements, and engagement activities

Own student success KPIs:

  • Track and report key metrics:
  • New student activation (intro post, first call, first homework)
  • Live session attendance
  • Homework submissions at key milestones
  • Oneshot completion rate and drop-off points
  • Identify “at-risk” students (inactive, behind, overwhelmed) and send proactive check-ins / DMs
  • Support and improve onboarding flows to get new students to their first wins quickly
Operations & events
  • Organize and maintain community spaces, posts, and content inside Circle
  • Set up and manage live session events, announcements, and replay posts
  • Assist students in navigating the platform and resolving basic access issues
  • Coordinate mentoring sessions, coaching calls, and live community events
  • Post reminders and announcements to support attendance and engagement
  • Assist hosting live Zoom sessions as needed
Systems & feedback
  • Build and improve community and student success workflows and processes
  • Create systems that reduce manual work for coaches and internal teams
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to the Student Success and Operations teams
  • Provide basic drawing feedback through simple drawovers when appropriate
  • Encourage students throughout their learning journey and support discussions related to manga drawing concepts
Requirements
  • Stable internet connection
  • Own desktop or laptop capable of managing online platforms and tools
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Student Support, Community Management, or similar roles (online courses, SaaS, or creator communities)
  • Hands-on experience using Circle.so strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting online courses, coaching programs, or creator communities
  • Experience working with KPIs / metrics and using data to improve results
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to create workflows, systems and processes
  • Familiarity with anime and manga culture
  • Intermediate drawing skills and ability to provide simple drawovers or visual feedback
  • Can work independently and with a team
  • Quick learner, organized, and able to multitask
Nice to have
  • Experience working with online education platforms or digital courses
  • Experience supporting creative or art communities
  • Interest in manga drawing and art education
  • Experience with Clip Studio Paint

Compensation:

  • P50,000/mo during 3-month trial period

After probation:

  • P50,000 - 60,000/mo after trial period
  • Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and Philhealth Allowance
