What is your mission?
We are looking for a Student Admissions Specialist who manages student inquiries, enrollment coordination, and CRM-based tracking processes. This role focuses on customer support, admissions workflows, multi-channel communication, data tracking, and reporting.You will support student and parent engagement, ensure accurate records, and contribute to efficient enrollment operations.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Manage student and parent inquiries across email, chat, outbound calls, and digital channels
- Support admissions workflows, including follow-ups, documentation verification, and enrollment coordination
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of student data and interactions
- Coordinate application processing and onboarding activities
- Track and report on student engagement, enrollment metrics, and performance indicators
- Handle escalations and complex inquiries with professionalism and structured problem‑solving
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and internal teams to ensure aligned communication and messaging
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and communication logs
- Support continuous improvement of customer support workflows and admissions processes
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in customer support, admissions, administrative, or service-oriented roles
- Hands‑on experience in customer inquiry handling, follow-ups, and enrollment or admissions-related processes
- Experience working with external stakeholders, including students, parents, or customers in high-volume environments
- Experience using CRM systems and Google Suite for tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Experience managing multi-channel communication, including email, chat, outbound calls, and digital platforms
- Basic experience in data tracking and reporting, including performance metrics and engagement trends
- Working knowledge of structured processes, including customer follow-ups, documentation workflows, and record management
- Experience in education, service-driven environments, or regulated operations, considered an advantage
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring, considered an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, especially in digital channels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented work style with strong documentation discipline
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations professionally
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Empathetic communication style with adaptability in tone and engagement
