Cost Control Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Cost Distribution
2. Validation of weekly materials, manpower, equipment and tool request of all projects against budget.
3. Review and analyze project's actual cost and prepares cost to complete.
4. Evaluation of tools, equipment and formworks charging.
5. Monitor and updating Project's budget and expenses.
6. Provide recommendation for cost efficiency to Project Managers and to Top Management
7. Prepare Cost Report
8. Outsourcing of Sub-contractor / Supplier for the proper scope of works.
9. Prepare cost comparison, negotiate contract details with the lowest responsive sub-contractor / suppliers.
10. Perform valuation and prepare payment recommendation of Sub-contractor / Suppliers.
11. Perform reconciliation with the Subcontractor on Progress Billing.
12. Process the requisition of Materials and Tools, from item uploading to system to purchase requisition and/or item transfer request.
13. Oversee the processing of site utilities payment of subcon and/or other trade contractors.

Qualifications:

Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent is an advantage.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with excel

Preferably BS Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant study
