PROGRAM SALES & ADMIN SUPPORT STAFF

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Client Engagement
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and families (online, phone, walk-in)
  • Present and explain IOP programs (drug, alcohol, and behavioral addiction treatment)
  • Assist in client screening and admission process
  • Maintain client follow-up and conversion tracking
  1. Marketing Support
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and conversions
  • Assist in executing online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Help create or coordinate basic content (social media, email follow-ups, promotions)
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on results
  1. Administrative Functions
  • Provide support to Senior Admin/HR in daily operations
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
  • Handle scheduling, coordination, and basic office tasks
  1. Center Operations Support
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the treatment center
  • Help coordinate program logistics (sessions, activities, client needs)
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and families
  1. Clinical Support (Non-Therapeutic)
  • Assist the clinical team in non-clinical tasks (documentation, scheduling, coordination)
  • Support client engagement and comfort within the program
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications / Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work (preferred but not required), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Atleast 2 years admin, marketing and sales experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) — confident speaking with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Team player with flexibility in a dynamic treatment environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Emotionally mature and able to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or behavioral health is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn about addiction, mental health, and recovery processes

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position (8 hours a day)
  • Flexible schedule (may include weekends or extended hours depending on client needs)
  • On-site work at the treatment center
  • Budlaan, Talamban, Cebu City
